I worked closely with a team of new tutors on these programmes and designed a bespoke academic path from basic literacy through to QQI and Cambridge Accreditation.I was a member on Interagency meetings coordinating the Refugee Resettlement hosted by Tipperary County Council and involving a range of stakeholders including Youth Work Ireland Tipperary, Tusla, HSE, An Garda Siochana, etc, with whom I built strong relationships.I have a proven record of quality in teaching and assessing English, managing class and learner data on learner management systems, managing physical files in a responsible way, and designing bespoke ESL curricula to suit learner needs.I am experienced in QQI levels 1-4 and helped to develop bespoke sample packs and briefs which aligned modules at QQI Levels 1 & 2 to Tipperary ETB’s ESOL curriculum.I was one of the leading figures driving Cambridge English teaching and assessment models in TETB. I was an integral part of the successful running of Cambridge exams for my final two years in TETB, and in 2022 I qualified as a Cambridge Speaking Examiner and conducted exams for TETB. I hold the Cambridge CELTA teaching certificate and have been accepted as a candidate for the prestigious Cambridge DELTA course in 2023.We successfully collaborated with Community Education in TETB on courses provided for Syrian families, proving my commitment to work cross-departmentally to the benefit of learners. I worked with tutors to deliver ESOL support for CE courses in CV Preparation, Beauty Care, Cookery, Crafts and more.I am a proficient user of Canva for poster design, and, as a practicing photographic artist (with MA Photography), I am a huge asset in terms of defining marketing strategies & social media campaigns. Taught English to speakers of other languages in South Tipperary at all levels from beginners to exam preparation classes on an ongoing basis for 5 years.I also taught Skills for Work Programmes, teaching tailored English for the workplace to students working in specific industries.
