With over six years of work experience in education and logistics, I have developed core competencies in language teaching, curriculum development, and cross-cultural communication. My mission is to inspire and empower young learners to acquire fundamental English skills and explore diverse cultures through innovative and engaging pedagogical methods. As an English teacher at Zoo-phonics Academy, I am part of a team that delivers high-quality early childhood education to pre-school, kindergarten, and elementary school children in Tokyo, Japan.In my current role, I utilize the school's original phonics-based approach to teach English sounds and words to children of various ages and backgrounds. I design and implement interactive and creative lessons that cater to the different learning styles and needs of my students. I also collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Some of the skills that I apply and enhance in my role are language teaching, K-12 education, curriculum development, and cross-cultural communication.
