  I perform specimen processing of cancer tissue specimens and apheresis collections. Isolation, purification, and formulation of cancer single-cell populations to produce patient-specificautologous vaccines. Utilization of basic laboratory equipment including incubators, centrifuges, biological safety cabinets, pipettes, etc. I also perform cell cultures which includes the seeding, passaging, monitoring, and harvesting of cancer cell populations to facilitate expansion of initialspecimen collections. As well as the seeding, passaging, monitoring, and harvesting of T-Cell cultures to produce patient-specific activated T-Cellinfusates.I also assist with the cold-chain packaging of vaccines and infusates. Assist with the pick-up and drop-off of incoming specimens and outgoing product.General tasks include: • Demonstrating knowledge and use of proper aseptic technique.• Perform routine area and equipment cleaning.• Perform parts cleaning and operate autoclaves.• Stock manufacturing area with supplies. • Accurately follow oral and written procedures to operate production equipment and completeprocessing steps.
