Facilitate Engineering Change Requests (ECR) through the product release cycle for three variants of the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV).Perform Configuration Management (CM) tasks that include release of CAD models and drawings, and non-CAD product data into Windchill PLM.Analyze proposed design changes to the ACV and make recommendations to Engineering based off of CM findings and ensuring that drawings adhere to ASME Y14.100.Support the maintenance and revision of the As Designed Bill of Materials (EBOM).Lead Software Configuration Control Board (SCCB) in order to review and approve software changes with internal and external customers.Perform CAD remediation to ensure a clean and accurate representation of the ACV Technical Data Package (TDP).Main point of contact to engineering for revising CAD objects in Windchill prior to a product design change.Maintain several Metrics to track progress of Requests for Variances, ECRs, and Problem Reports .Responsible for updating Problem Report and Engineering Change Request process workflows and documentation as improvements to processes are made.Update CM plan to ensure the document accurately reflects the processes and practices of CM.

-Manage combat vehicle design implementation for several prototype and production programs-Perform quality checks on new drawings and CAD models-Estimate manpower, schedule, track, status and implement Design Services’ activities-Ensure on time release of CAD models and drawings to meet program expectations and execute to an Engineering Release Plan

-Support the Configuration Control Change Process by coordinating engineering change requests for three different Stryker Light Armored Vehicle programs.-Establish engineering change requests through the use of Teamcenter.-Interpret data and make recommendations for changes based on findings in collaboration with design engineering, which includes updating and analyzing source data on drawing markups.-Analyze proposed product design changes that affected various Stryker Vehicles systems, such as, Electrical Installations, Mechanical Components, and Hull/Turret.-Determine the type of contractual distribution statements to be applied to engineering drawings and other technical documents that affected the technical data package.-Successfully completed two international assignments to support the production of M1A1 vehicles manufactured in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities included, determining corrective action for quality issues, improving communications between Sterling Heights configuration management and Cairo operations, and analyzing Abrams installation drawings to determine components to be upgraded on early production vehicles.-Lead several Six Sigma projects including one that upgraded metrics tracking software resulting in substantial savings for the Systems Engineering Division.-Point of contact to internal customers (Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Engineering) and external customers (United States Government) for proposed change issues.
