In Test Engineering I led 2 teams: • Delivering HIL and virtual verification globally for vehicle electronics in Agriculture and Construction equipment.• Delivering validation and sign off for cloud and on-vehicle precision farming, guidance and telematics systems on all agriculture platforms in 4 regions (NAFTA, Brazil, EU, Asia)For Process & Quality, we delivered an optimized process and tools solution across a global organization of > 500 engineers designing and developing complex mechatronic systems on a diverse portfolio of vehicle and cloud platforms.For Operations, my team managed a $20M operations and $20M capital budget for the Vehicle Electronics group – tracking, managing, and reporting to senior leadership and finance.

Led the team to create and deliver the roadmap for a consistent visual user experience across brands, platforms, and segments. Areas of focus: • Management and maintenance of legacy Linux-based displays & instrument clusters across all Agriculture and Construction Equipment. • Design and development of next generation Android vehicle display applications. • Delivering display UI/UX design for all Agriculture and Construction Equipment platforms and brands through developing, implementing and agreeing a consistent strategy in collaboration with industrial design and ergonomics groups

Promoted to lead a global team (8 managers, >100 FTE, >100 SOW, US/EU/INDIA) delivering display and vehicle controls software for all Agricultural vehicles and machines. Software included all levels: BSP, OS, frameworks, and application in a variety of real-time (AutoSAR), Linux and Android environments.Additionally had process and tools responsibility for the whole Vehicle Electronics organization.
