Raw material & marine product/equipment inspection, including casting, forging parts, diesel engine, motor, generator, control panel, boiler & firefighting equipment etc.Conduct the ship-in-service survey including occasional surveyor, annual survey, intermediate survey, dry dock survey & renewal survey

1.Head of the engine department, responsible for all operations and maintenance of all mechanical & electrical equipment throughout the entire ship.2.Deploy, implement & monitor the maintenance plan of all mechanical & electrical equipment onboard ship.3.Arrange the watch keeping in engine department to insure the adequate safe watch. 4.Determine the needs of fuel, water, lubricants, chemicals, expendable and other spare parts, tools, supplies in advance for the intended voyage.5.Insure the the main propulsion plant and auxiliary systems are kept under constant surveillance, inspections are made of the machinery and steering gear spaces at suitable intervals and appropriate action is taken to remedy any malfunction discovered
