I lead Flagstar Bank’s Mortgage and Consumer Banking legal team, supporting our national mortgage and consumer lending businesses as well as retail and consumer banking operations.

Providing legal advice and support to Truist Bank’s residential mortgage business units with a focus on servicing and capital markets, advising senior management and business units on strategic, product and change initiatives, state and federal regulatory compliance matters, litigation, and investor and counter-party relationships, as well as providing general project support, policy/procedure reviews, and day-to-day advice regarding federal and state consumer and fair lending laws and regulations.

Lead counsel for BB&T’s Home Mortgage and Direct Retail Lending divisions, leading team in support of loan origination, servicing and secondary market operations for residential mortgage, HELOC, auto, unsecured, wealth, and small business lending

Managed business and consumer individual and class action litigation matters on behalf of BB&T and various divisions and affiliated companies, including bank operations, deposits, commercial lending, residential mortgage, retail and small business lending, asset resolution, trust, and wealth units, as well as BB&T Insurance Holdings and its subsidiaries.
