Successfully managed all aspects of over 80 theatres' building and property repairs and maintenance; including but not limited to - roof leaks, roof replacements, screen and masking repairs and replacements, interior and exterior building issues, remodels, HVAC maintenance repairs and replacements, electrical repairs, and plumbing repairs. Scheduling, receiving, and installing all of the FF&E (Furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for new build projects; included but not limited to - concession, mezzanine, seating, screens, and auditorium wall finishes. Review blueprints for "as-built" conditions to assist in troubleshooting problems with plumbing, electrical, structural, and seating issues. Arrange and manage the logistics, shipping, and installation of new equipment - new seat installations, concession equipment, ice machines. Secure bids/proposals and review any specification changes with any planned or unplanned capital expenditure projects. Communicate and assist theatres' management on requisitions as needed. Communicate and update District Managers', Directors', and Vice Presidents' of Construction on status of all projects/repairs.

Coordinate with customers to send sealed engineered drawings to project manager and/or installers for permitting and installation purposes. Research building code verification to document all engineering requirements for sealed engineering drawings for customers. Handle new customer information, and invoicing for projects using Quickbooks. Responsible for purchasing supplies and maintenance of all office equipment.
