Software Testing professional with over 20 years commercial software experience as a test manager, test lead and test engineer within the telecommunications, financial services and travel domains. I have worked within a number of projects of varying size and complexity; from a single small team of engineers up to projects with four hundred engineers across multiple global sites, including partner vendors.As a Test Manager I am experienced in managing the delivery of all test-related project artefacts and coordinating the test activities within Agile Scrum and Waterfall projects, whilst adhering to standards such as ISO, TL9K and CMMI. I have experience of building and managing local and remote test teams, including partner vendor employees. As a Test Lead / Test Engineer I have expertise in the creation of all test-related project artefacts, including test strategy, test schedules, test cases, status reports, and defect reports. I have expertise in the design and execution of functional and non-functional test cases using black box test techniques and the creation of automated regression test suites leveraging existing automation frameworks.I enjoy working within technically complex projects, learning new technologies and developing new skills, with a particular interest in Agile Scrum and Context-driven testing.
