Reporting to the Head of Health Safety and Facilities, I manage a 6 level multi-tenanted office premises.Delivering and updating the PPM schedule.Implementation of Health and Safety policy including creation of risk assessments and training.Management of soft services such as security, cleaning contractors, mail services and hospitality.Contractor selection, establishing SLA and KPIs.Management of financial budget and capital expenditure.Project and refurbishment management.Sustainability.I'm also a qualified electrician working self employed outside of office hours.I am in my 9th year as a volunteer Search Technician for Sussex Search and Rescue. We are the primary community resource, working with the Police and other emergency services, to locate and rescue vulnerable missing persons throughout Sussex. We are on call 24/7 and this has been one of the most rewarding work choices in my life.
