Currently studying an MSc in Risk Management at Glasgow Caledonian University (part time, DL).I have accumulated 15 years experience as a senior archaeologist within the commercial sector, specialising in fieldwork and directing an extensive range of both urban and rural sites across the UK for various companies. I have a proven track record of managing field work projects from inception to completion working independently or managing teams of archaeologists.Currently working as a consultant with AOC Archaeology providing specialist heritage services to promote and manage change to heritage assets. I carry out heritage research to assess the significance of heritage assets and their setting within the framework of heritage legislation, planning policy and guidance, and in light of best practice, providing a sound basis for promoting change and producing Written Schemes of Investigation, Heritage Statements, and Desk-Based Assessments.
