Managing the Micronesia Conservation Trust's (MCT) capacity to serve as a financial mechanism for various funding sources. Preparing accreditation and funding proposals to Climate Adaption Fund, Green Fund and other high-level international funding mechanisms. Conducting Trustee Board development & training to improve MCT's governance capacity.Major success:Achieving Micronesia Conservation Trust accreditation to the Adaptation Fund and securing US$1million in funding for sustainable environment projects in the north-west Pacific region. MCT became the first such enterprise of its type in the world to achieve this.

I was a contract Program Management supporting the Shared Services Portfolio Management Office, part of the Strategy & Service Delivery group within RailCorp. It was an excellent environment to utilise my extensive skills, experience and background.

During 2008, I worked in an enterprise Program Management Office during the start-up phase of this Abu Dhabi Government shared services company, bringing the company from 22 staff to over 300 at public launch in January 2009. I spent 2009 working in Musanada Procurement Division as Program Management Office specialist developing project plans, management reporting, and workload risk management.
