Implemented an internal core compliance and security program to include, Incident Response ( investigates and handles all potential fraud and data breach issues ), Internal Audit ( audits internal functions for compliance to the program), Global Ethics Hotline ( a WB hotline to manage and investigation potential ethics issues ) and the Global Privacy Office ( the function that manages the global privacy program and policy).
