Projects have ranged from $10,000 - $3,000,000+-Property Manager for commercial units and all aspects of property management -Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and coordinating day to day Company Operational needs to include but not limited to all property and fleet management.-Responsible for insurable Risk Management for the agency to include determination of vendor, claim administration, assessment of insurable and appropriate liability levels and asset coverageProcurement Duties-Responsible for Centralized Purchasing for the agency in accordance to the VA Public Procurement Act and Region Ten -Polices to include high level purchasing such as development and implementation of Formal/Informal Competitive Solicitations-Provided Visionary Support to improve Agency Purchasing procedures for Centralized and Decentralized Purchasing.-Responsible for accurate and comprehensive system for the management of all Contracts, Leases, Business Associate Agreements, and Interagency Agreements-Supported and maintained a responsive system to provide guidance and direction to decentralized purchasing for the Agency.
