Technical lead for HR data migration from a legacy JD Edwards e1 system into a new Workday implementation. Responsible for most aspects of data migration including the creation of complex Excel workbooks in our implementation partner’s specified format that were then loaded into Workday. Ensured that data loaded into Workday was exactly as submitted. Wrote over 100, 000 lines of Python code to bulk-load catch-up data into Workday prior to go-live date.Created and maintained several analytics projects covering Diversity and Inclusiveness, Workforce Planning, Career Progression, Leadership Training, and Payroll tools. Also produced reports that were submitted for the Great Places to Work index.

Lead Global administrator for the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS). Responsible for leading all aspects of LMS management including content uploads, testing and rolling out of new LMS features, and end-user support. Led a major project to produce a suite of metrics to be used globally to determine effectiveness of the Learning and Development efforts at NVIDIA. Also produced custom reports for submission for the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, and weekly reports on compliance course completion.

Global administrator for the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System (LMS) and Rockwell Learning Academy. Responsible for all care and feeding of the LMS including user and content management, security, and rollout of new features. Created custom web-based reporting dashboards using Python and Excel VBA. Trained and mentored a satellite administrator who handled routine LMS administrative tasks. Was actively involved in consolidating six LMS’ within Juniper into a single Cornerstone LMS.

As a member of the Research Informatics group within the Structural Chemistry department, I was the technical lead for the implementation of an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) system used by Discovery scientists. I interviewed Chemists, Biologists, and Pharmacologists to determine what they did on a day-to-day basis to tailor the ELN training to meet their specific needs. I then developed and delivered the hands-on training curriculum that was used to train over 300 users of the ELN software. Additional duties included design and development of scientific software applications that enhanced over 300 scientists’ abilities to perform discovery research, and monitoring of research-critical applications and servers.

As a member of the Professional Services group I worked on the design, development and delivery of custom applications based on Accelrys' Pipeline Pilot application platform. My role on the largest Professional Services contract that they had ever landed included interviewing stakeholders to determine their needs, and integrating legacy registration system data into the new system to ensure that downstream systems would continue to function. During the implementation phase, my project responsibilities included database design and implementation for the chemical registration system.

As a member of the Professional Services group I worked on the design, developmentand delivery of custom applications based on Accelrys' Pipeline Pilot applicationplatform. Project responsibilities included database design and implementation for achemical registration system for a large agricultural chemical company as well asintegrating that application with legacy systems.
