Handle the chartering for 20,000dwt below vessel. Ensure all 30 vessels under my charge are gainfully employed. Maintain good business relationship with charterers and brokers.

Position : Senior Executive - OperationsResponsibilities : Overall responsible for the operations of all vessels under my charge. • Issuance of voyage instructions. • Planning of Voyages from loading ports to discharge ports.• Planning and purchasing of bunkers. • Ensures that instructions required by the charterers are clearly carried out by the Master of the • relevant vessel. • Monitor vessel movements and progress during voyage and loading and discharge operations.• Maintain official communications with vessel during all voyages. Liaison with agents and port • authorities in all Ports.• Coordination with Charterers & Brokers.• Performing as Agent for vessel.• Liaison with chartering, technical, crewing, accounting dept. I handles vessel daily operations matter including vessel loading and discharge requirements at all international ports and terminals around the world. In Short, I ensure Vessel to operate smoothly and resolve any problem if comes by.Due to the high piracy activities at Sea and especially Gulf of Aden and Somalia areas, I have to do coordination and monitor the vessel movement including the latest update of pirate ships and boat locations in order to avoid them as far as possible. The Piracy threat is very real and the office and vessel has to do a lot of coordination and assessment when manoeuvring in the HOT Zone.
