• Medical center construction project overall schedule planning, leveraging resources to ensure positive construction progress;• Company to local government communication: apply for work visa, tax exemption application for imported goods, settle of project payment, customs clearance for imported goods, settle of labor disputes, settle of conflicts for not compliance with local regulations;• Host monthly meeting with engineering team and employer (Ministry of Health), reviewing construction schedule and engineering technics; • Attend Enterprise Forums organized by the Chinese or Kenya Government, increasing the company’s local influence and in assistance with the general manager to develop new business locally.
