1、 Supplier Development and Quality Management- Arrange SQE to participate in Supplier Assessment 、Technical Review、 Supplier K/O process of new projects - Coordinate Supplier APQP development and PPAP Approval, deal with the problems in APQP process and support to close 8D report; - Establish and execute Supplier Performance Evaluation system, follow supplier’s improvement actions;- Provide internal training to SQEs in product knowledge, quality control and others, - Coordinate internal and supplier resources to deal with the quality complaints;2. Purchasing Management- Develop and implement short-term and long-term purchasing plans to coordinate with relevant business strategies;- Establish and optimize the evaluation of supply chain efficiency, follow the improvement;- Responsible for the company's Purchasing Management, Material Control, cost / investment analysis & VAVE, supplier negotiation and other related work;- Develop and import new technology, supplier resources for new project- Participate in the project development in the early stage, optimize the cost from the Design, Manufacturing technique and logistics plan;- Coordinate the negotiation for annual price reduction, lead time, MOQ, payment terms with suppliers;- Handle the issues related to material plan to ensure timely and accurate delivery;3、 Department Management- Responsible for establishing,monitoring,optimization of purchasing and supplier management related procedure; and cross - function team coordination,- Arrange KPI assessment of team members, maintain staff stability also to improve their work efficiency;- Be responsible for training and motivation of team members, implement training plan, formulate Individual Development Plan of core staff, in order to build a solidarity, open, passionate and efficient team.

1. Responsible for new products, new material supplier sourcing, collect necessary information, arrange for supplier assessment.2. Make annual saving plan for my commodity, and distribute tasks to my team.3. Work out the supplier consolidation plan based on supplier performance and strategy, review progress with my team monthly.4. Establish the KPI goal for my team member, such as Saving plan, payment term, and VAVE.5. Build standard supplier Sourcing Procedure and supplier Development Procedure in order to let my entire team member to know what kind of job they need to do and how to do the job.6. Sourcing suppliers for non-steel parts, build supplier database and take responsible for supplier consolidation.7. Cooperate with my team to negotiate with supplier for price.8. New project development and lead SQE/SDE to track supplier master plan.9. Global tooling sourcing and development. Support Malta and U.S. to sourcing supplier and qualify the tool or components.10. Coordinate the suppler in mass production and maintain the relationship.
