Tasks consisted of facilities maintenance and safety, coding and submittal of invoices, communication with the city to maintain proper compliance, and ordering of equipment and services. Negotiated contracts for outside vendors consisting of trash and recycling removal, parking lot cleaning and snow removal, landscaping, general build maintenance such as plumbers, electricians and HVAC, hazardous material storage and removal, uniforms, cleaning products, compressed air needs, and general office equipment such as restroom needs, refreshments, and printers.Managed the service and maintenance department for hydraulic attachments. This consisted of dealing with customer repairs, refurbishment of older equipment and repairing and investigating warranty issues. Worked with national, regional and local customers. Worked with technicians to identify needed parts on repairs, generated quotes and worked with customer to resolve issue with equipment. Set up repair schedules for technicians and organized all subcontracting with outside vendors.
