Business Case Execution – Directing robust processes, to guarantee financial rigour, ensuring alignment to business case objectivesI have a strong track record of delivering strategic, operational, and financial benefits for global and national organisations across various sectors, including transport, retail, home service and media.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Led successful programme delivery and integration of major transformational software platforms at Stagecoach Bus, incorporating £multi-million software investments and benefits realisation per annum: including Workday (HCM, payroll, recruitment) and Hexagon EAM (asset/procurement management)• Directed the introduction of a ground-breaking initiative ‘Women in Home Service’ at Sky, to recruit, train and retain women Home Service engineers - target 2% to 20% in 2 years• Steered major ‘Retail Transformation Programme’ at Sky, generating a revenue growth benefit of £100m over three years.• Secured £multi-million cost savings annually at Stagecoach Bus, by the design and introduction of revised target operating model post COVID period.London, United Kingdom• Led Sales and Operations team for Warner Music UK and Ireland (150 + people) during early disruptive digital growth period, to grow sales from £90m to £200m & EBITDA to £25m, via digital and physical retail. Away from work I enjoy playing football every week and golf once or twice a month. I walk 6k four times a week and love cooking (particularly curries).
