In this role I was responsible of the analysis of markets, trends, pricing and distributors sales and stock in order to measure the impact of marketing plans and make recommendations to Brand Managers. The information that was generated became knowledge to drive business plan and brand plan decisions.

In this role I had two main responsibilities: the development of a marketing strategy for the portfolio of a newly created business unit and enabling the sales representatives with a toolbox (product information, customer targeting and a new sales model) to successfully reach sales goals. In this period of time, the business unit accomplished double-digit growth outgrowing all other BU’s in YOY percentage.

I led the implementation of a new Sales Force Excellence (sales model, coaching model and CRM) initiative in the affiliate. In a record-time, the affiliate went from nearly 0% implementation to 97% of users actively using the new CRM, with quality information that allowed the affiliate to identify growth opportunities across business units and countries.
