I work with KPIs, issue resolution, average handle time (AHT), quality on the resolution identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of the products. I use proactive communication to discuss how to protect users and our partners of our community. Our team focuses on Brazil but we work globally and cross-functionally with others team and product managers to identify and fight abuse and violations of our policies cases with urgency.I use extensive technical know-how and insights to improve our tools and guidelines, working directly to combat fake news and conspiracies, hate speech, violence, inappropriate behaviors, on our platform, focusing on intergrity and autencity to protect our users.
