I'm a Project Manager with a degree in Design from ESPM. My specialization is managing teams to produce animations and 3D images. I'm currently doing a postgraduate degree in creative executive production at Mèlies, so I'm always looking to update my studies and develop my skills.In my 10-year career, I've worked as a 3D Generalist for about 6 years, then as a Modeling Supervisor for the Taina and the Guardians of the Amazon series for the following 2 years, and since then I've moved into Project Management. I have successfully participated in and led teams in all stages of production, from briefing, project development and all deliverables.I have full knowledge of developing schedules, guaranteeing deliveries and controlling risks according to the client's needs. As project manager, I support reviews, make decoupages and define teams according to expertise. I also take care of costs and resources, and have supported some budgets.I'm proficient in project management tools such as: Wrike, ClickUp, Shotgun, Ftrack, Trello, Asana, Miro, Discord, Google Workspace.I also have CGI skills in the following software: Blender, UvLayout, Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Unreal Engine, Modo Luxology, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Indesign.As I have knowledge of all stages of 3D production, this contributes to team management, communication, resource planning, development of functional schedules, organization and even technical problems.
