* Managing stock levels by conferencing with merchandiser and warehouse manager weekly. * Liaising with payroll regarding any pay adjustments and other pay related issues. Generating a bi weekly report to inform payroll on hours worked by all staff.* People recruitment * Overseeing shop processes. Coordinating deliveries, commercially changing shop floor based on trade results, supporting supervisors in running the floor, regularly touring the floor and developing* Training and coaching sales team daily. Promoting excellent customer service * Collaborating with head of press. Arranging in store events , directing photographs for social media sites and organising exciting publicity to promote store on weekends* Working with head V.M to develop visual journey in store* Other duties include monitoring health and safety, rotas, grading and pricing product, styling customers, assisting stylists with press pulls, counting and analysis of product per ft, assisting with stock counts , weekly tracking of inventory, ordering supplies, competitive shopping.

* Compiling trade analysis report every Sunday when reports come through to store. Highlighting successes and opportunities, lift required to meet plan, daily forecasts, forecasting department performance, money mapping trends, planning commercial moves required for commencing week* Managing department specialists and leading department moves with them. Coaching department specialists on report analysis, on monitoring unit sales, best sellers and cover, giving feedback and support to specialists.* Managing replenishment team and monitoring their workload. Working together to ensure 100% size availability and replenishment reaction to sales.* Daily set up, counting tills, Running shop floor, managing rotas, customer service and authorising refunds.
