Train To Safety are a Chesterfield based safety training and consultancy provider who offer a range of opportunities (seminars, H&S support and training such as: CCNSG Safety Passport, IOSH, NEBOSH, Manual Handling etc).Within this enthusiastic company I handle a large range of email and telephone based enquiries while constantly publicising all upcoming events. I focus my efforts on ensuring that all TTS customers are beyond satisfied with all services we provide.Some other responsibilities include: inputting client details, providing course information (quotes, joining instructions etc) selling opportunities via email and telephone, evaluating courses, updating all records on a timely basis and working with my team to ensure all processes are effective.

I begun working within Chesterfield Colleges Commercial Training & Conference Centre as a Business Administration Apprentice in November 2014 then secured a promotion to an assistant position by November 2015.Alongside my team, I communicated with local businesses to help provide knowledge and understanding into all forms of training and conferencing.My responsibilities at Waterloo Court were very varied, I handled tasks from publicising training to dealing with complaints, organising team meetings and managing all administration tasks for the centre.
