I have a career that has been built around people. Instinctively and intuitively I have always resonated with people. I love to see the best in everyone and having the opportunity to develop, mentor and lead others has always felt like my natural calling. I have a diverse background in both the financial and superannuation sectors and most recently in the holistic health & wellness industry. My foundations have always been Contact Centre and Customer Service orientated environments and with that comes extensive and deep understating of strategy, technology, culture, operational change and service delivery. However fundamentally my innate ability to understand a variety of workplace cultures and environments can really be attributed to my ability to connect with people! I build strong and meaningful relationships which really does bring the best out of people and helps uncover opportunities for development and support. During these unusual times of 2020 my desire is to be able to offer support, coaching & guidance to your frontline leaders in order to grow your leadership capability and achieve the desired results.
