My main role will be to complete designated projects for the company including: creating and fixing current systems and processes to be more efficient, ensuring compliance with current and upcoming policies (ER and IR space), tendering for projects, ; looking to grow the company etc. Duties also include increasing AR's brand awareness. I also help with end to end recruitment where needed.I previously updated Health and Safety policies and procedures, to be in compliance with the 4 April 2016 changes and ensure the continued maintenance, monitoring and safety of workplace practices with our blue and white collar Clients.

End-to-end recruitment in the blue collar industry. (Part time for the first 3 years whilst at University) My duties ranged from candidate recruiting, candidate care, managing accounts, building on new business, and trouble shooting. I ensured a smooth transition and care of candidates into the workforce whilst ensuring a great service for clients etc.
