Currently working in events my job involves creating and amending paperwork and spreadsheets for event; liaising with interested suppliers and stall holders. Providing all that is needed organise the event to make sure that it goes without a hitch on the day. I can also provide Production on event days. Helping volunteers, suppliers and crew , organising, managing and scheduling people. Events include Keynsham Music Festival and Swindon Mela. I have also started doing the Social Networking for small companies to improve there consumer reach, improving their business.

Working as part of a 3 person team, but on my individual shifts I had to liaise with crew, stewards and performers; ensuring their welfare and the day to day running of the venue. From crew scheduling, problem solving, reporting issues upline, updating and maintaining security issues to managing stewards, crew and performers on changeover, and social networking for the Big Top

The company made two films ‘A Landscape of Lies’ and ‘Crux’ and started on a third ‘Dissection’ all low budget UK independent films. I organised many things including product placement, locations, crew and actors for the films. This was from start to finish; Interviewing Crew and Auditioning Actors. While at Pinewood Studios I had to create new industry contacts, explaining about our services over the phone and organizing meetings with an array of companies. We also attended events including London and Cannes Film Festival which I organised from accommodation to distribution meetings and marketing materials.

I have a wide range of knowledge for all administration required to run a store of 20 individuals, organising all staff into personalised schedules using rotas then store walks to delegate extra detail and coaching to improve working and visual standards. Ensuring brilliant customer care by all staff members and leading by example, by investigating incidents and coaching when things fell below the high standard required. I would hold meetings with higher management to ensure store was compliant with all general and company based regulations, laws and policies. The store floor had to be in immaculate condition with all offers, general standards at a high level as it was a high intensity branch.- Leading fast and efficient sales plan (offer) changeovers, being an ambassador for a shrink controlled environment, ensuring all monies were handled under dual control, staff, contractor and drivers were regularly and randomly searched to lower company lose. Handling detailed rotas for two departments of store, including scheduling all holidays, events and daily routine for 25 people P/T, F/T and additional duties necessary, I had to lead and organise all training.
