I am an advertiser and work at the Social Communication Office of the State Department of Traffic of Rio Grande do Sul, where I have been a public servant for over 10 years.The proximity to public management aroused my interest in deepening my knowledge in the area. I entered the master's degree at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, researching the relationship between public institutions and the citizen. I am currently a PhD candidate at the same institution, researching the role of technology in organizational transformation.The PhD journey has allowed me to play another professional role: that of an entrepreneur. In 2019 I founded the Instagram profile A Doutoranda, a content project for academics. From this project, Stricto sem Filtro was born, a podcast that brings together subjects that surround the academic universe and Acadêmicos Anônimos, a platform for monitoring the academic journey.
