Led a team of three program managers through the creation, design, and rollout of Cash App’s inaugural Global Inclusion & Diversity function, catering to a diverse workforce of 4,000+ employees spanning North America, Europe, and Australia with a budget of $500KKey Achievements:Developed an innovative strategic vision and roadmap to amplify and expand Cash App’s diversity efforts aligned to the organizational mission while cultivating an inclusive workforce Launched the inaugural Block, Inc. Inclusion and Diversity Week across three continents, with participation from over 700 employees globally Partnered with People Analytics to develop monthly diversity reports and prioritize diversity data projects, enhancing organizational decision-making capabilities Strengthened Cash App’s diversity talent goals by onboarding new global recruiting and community partners, resulting in 6,000+ diverse candidates being added to the recruitment pipeline Presented quarterly programmatic updates and diversity data snapshots to Block, Inc. Board of Directors Collaborated closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional business teams to craft and implement targeted strategies, build awareness of function, create and maintain resources, and launch programming aligned to the businesses’ goals of achieving 50% women and 30% under-represented minorities (URM) across the company Guided marketing and brand teams in crafting targeted customer engagement strategies optimizing resonance and connection with diverse multicultural audiencesPioneered the establishment of streamlined processes and operational rhythms to bolster the entirety of the Cash People function, including the inception of Cash People Pods and the deployment and reporting tools to support Cash App’s executive leadership team
