Mining and Civil recruitment within the Northern Territory

I had full responsibility for 4 branches throughout my region. I was responsible for day to day management of all staff and ensuring that budget's were met in both revenue and expenses.

My role in Jobwire was to develop the branch into becoming profitiable. This included full responsibility of P&L's, budgeting, staffing and operations. This role saw me develop my financial skills further and continued to demonstrate my ability in building strong client relationships.
