In my role with CNH, I was responsible for executing financial deals with customers that are purchasing agricultural and/or construction equipment. Additionally, I would download, analyze, and present sales reports to management on a weekly basis.

As a Team Lead for Technology Services Help Desk, my main responsibility is to ensure that all of the student consultants are behaving in accordance with Help Desk policies. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring phone calls, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, I assist with performance reviews at the end of each semester for the consultants. When new students begin employment with The Help Desk, I take them through our intensive training programs that is broken up into 7 shifts.

Urbana-Champaign, Illinois Area

Here at the University of Illinois, I work in assisting university affiliates with technological issues they are experiencing. I provide technical support for customers over the phone, through email, or in person, create problem report tickets using databases and complete data entry as required, and assist clients with email issues, password resets, computer virus infections, wireless or network problems, and audiovisual equipment issues.

The summer of 2018, I had the opportunity to work in the Marketing and Communications Department at CNH Industrial Capital. Not only did I get a feel of what a career would like like inside the office, I had the chance to actually work the Farm Progress Show in Boone, Iowa. Within the three months there, I had multiple projects including constructing an eNewsletter distributed monthly to North America Case IH dealerships, interviewing ten executive managers to create engaging internal communication posts through the social media platform Yammer, and working with three outside vendors to find high quality merchandise that fit into the marketing budget.

My responsibilities as a pharmacy technician included pre-packaging prescriptions in a orderly and efficient manner that would be shipped to nursing homes in the Chicago-land area, properly disposing prescriptions that were returned to the pharmacy and noting in the computer data-base exact amount of prescriptions that were disposed of daily.

At Allstate Insurance Company, I started as an cold-call intern to gain new clients and later became a licensed customer service representative. Here I was expected to communicate efficiently with customers and assist in answering questions and concerns; organize and maintain individual employee files within the agency; and process payments from over ten customers per day and report the remittance to the local bank around $1,000 each day.

The summer of 2014, I was given the opportunity to work at the high school I attended (Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences). I was responsible for maintaining sales at the farm stand for all the products grown on our land such as zucchini, squash, melons, and more. This program was partnered with Eli's Cheesecake, so I also distributed cheesecake to customers at the Taste of Chicago.
