Current-Build and revitalize the Arts Program at Pike Place Market with a mission of cultivating a world-class craft line up -Identify strategies that incubate small businesses, producing arts activations, organizing educational workshops, and providing professional development opportunities -Ideate, produce, and execute multiple large-scale projects, leading a team through several Night Market events, the “Native Mentors” program, community awareness campaigns, and the Program's first ever community art calls & installations-Oversee a team that supports and manages the daily functions of 170+ independent Market artists and craftspeople, maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external community stakeholders-Lead recruitment efforts for new craftspeople with an emphasis on diversity, collaborating with a committee of Market artists to screen candidates to ensure they meet established handmade standards -Serve as a strong community leader, navigating the significant challenges small creative businesses face while protecting the Market as an institution where artists can achieve financial success
