BNZ helped me develop my sales and leadership skills and took my ideas and ambitions seriously. I was given the space to recreate the way our inductions were supported for new Banking Advisors in the Sales Centre. I was able to produce high performers and create a structured program that delivered a higher speed to competency than what we traditionally had experienced. I worked on this project for 6 months with full autonomy before I departed for the UK.Prior to my project work, i was a Banking Advisor. Helping customers understand how to achieve their financial goals. Banking Advisors look after anything from your day to day banking, insurance and credit cards to the home buying process, building and other complex scenarios in the home ownership space.

This was my first job, I worked part time initially as i was also attending college and involved in high level sports and extra curricular activities. I learned excellent time management and customer service skills and after taking the initiative in my own time to understand all the roles for crew members i was given a full time roster. I proved myself as a reliable and competent crew trainer and then moved into shift management. I completed the McDonalds Shift Manager Course successfully and also managed the McCafe and Birthday Party Crew.
