- Creates and maintains Standard Operating Procedure documentation and other training materials for all tasks performed by Inbound and Outbound fulfillment staff.- Creates unique training materials such as presentations, videos, and interactive learning tools to assist employees with different styles of learning.- Continuously monitors processes for any improvements to be made to increase productivity and enhance user experience.- Delivers training to new and existing employees based off job duty needs and manager discretion.- Completed 100% of full-time employee training for new procedures used within SAP (both ECC and DWM systems) 8 weeks prior to the go-live date and continued coaching and supporting staff during the live period.- Demonstrates problem-solving abilities by quickly and effectively responding to specific SAP issues, serving as a resource for problem-solving, and taking appropriate action while balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks.- Provides consistent feedback to employees during training, and monitors after training for improvements, informing managers of any challenges encountered or improvements to be made.- Lead of the workplace Social Committee, which plans monthly events for staff. This role includes planning, budgeting, execution, and hosting of events while working with HR and Director of Operations to ensure all guidelines are met and followed.
