Worked with product and engineering to consolidate PM/reporting tools for cross-department visibility. Our goal was to bring efficiency to the ordering process and provide analytics and intelligence to reduce waste/storage. Our first vertical was the restaurant industry, proving a consolidated purchase order across all restaurant supply vendors, that could be modified based on current inventory and trend data, from one week to the next.
