I work together with engineers, consultants and clients from across our business to deliver on our responsibility to plan, design, build and manage projects and programs that benefit society and our planet. My current focus is on social outcomes and equity in engineering – how we integrate outcomes into project delivery that benefit the diverse needs of infrastructure users and surrounding communities. I enjoy collaborating with early career and senior professionals combining social, environmental and climate resilience considerations to pull the best ideas from our people and deliver the right solutions to infrastructure challenges that benefit the communities we serve.I also pull from my career background of applying environmental and social management good international industry practice and standards such as the IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles to benefit underserved communities and protect impacted environments. I have over 17 years of experience in providing environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) management and advisory services for international infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in renewable energy projects. Much of my career was spent in Latin America, taking advantage of my Spanish proficiency. I have experience as a team lead and people manager, and continue to lead a multidisciplinary network of specialists at a regional level. I have been actively engaged in and continue to support various programs at my current employer beyond the day-to-day work, including inclusion of caregivers in an equality diversity and inclusion employee resource group, and office corporate social responsibility initiatives.
