Consulting Product And Brand Manager
As a consultant for the Aiden brand, I succussfully participated in the launch of the brand into multi-state operators for the MA, FL, NJ, NY, and other retail cannabis markets. I designed and mass-produced various in-store displays and signage, custom installations, and strategized on other brand assets for each launch. I addition to that, I managed the operations for the first 2 years of the brands' life, including logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and production.
Principal Product Manager, Co Founder
After leaving Windship I negotiated the re-acquisition of the Anomaly brand into this new company, and with the help of two other founders (also previous employees at Windship) we delveloped a plan to help other brands and retail stores gain access to our growing list of custom products manufacturers. I ran the operations for the Anomaly brand until we sold it in the spring of 2024. After that sale we have refocused on our original plan to sell white lable items. Leaning on my background as both a product developer and a sourcing agent, and with the strangths of my partners, we are well positioned to make a huge impact in the cannabis industry for custom product sourcing. www.alchemistcollective.uswww.alchemistsupply.co
Director Of Industrial Design, Brand Manager, Founder
I built this brand from the ground up, making every wood part with my own hands! I started this with a partner that backed out after 6 months and left me to take over. In the beginning I designed the products, designed the brand identity, the website, made the products myself, shipped the products myself, handled all customer service, managed all marketing and social media, and even did all the taxes. I had to learn on my feet and keep going, becuase the brand was developing an eager customer base.I applied for, and was accepted into, the Canopy Boulder business accelerator program in 2015-2016. This was a tremendously hwlpful experience. Coming off the momentum from that, I built up the brand and then sold it to Humble & Fume (I would end up buying it back after three years). During my time running the brand, I trained many people to take over all the things I had on my plate so I could focus on growing the business. This posed many challenges, as we were a US manufactured product. After a lot of reflection I decided to start taking some of the manufacutring overseas. It was inevitable. That is what finally led me to meeting the guys fomr H&F and ultimately selling the brand. https://elevateaccessories.com/
Director Of In-House Product & Brand Development
In 2019 I sold Elevate Accessories to Windship Trading and took on the role of Director, overseeing the product and brand developemnt of thier in-house brands (including the one I just sold). Working under the founders I gained a valuable education in product sourcing, financial planning, and product / business development. Some notable projects that I worked on:1. Revamped a grinder brand called Piranha Grinders. We rebuilt this brand from the ground up and relaunched a new D2C website that increased sales 6x. 2. Built a white label catalog for the US. This required learning how to automate the ERP, negotiate pricing with vendors, create process flows, and create the brand look/feel. 3. Revised the Elevate manufacturing process to handle more volume and reduce pricing. This was a huge success that required developing new manufacturing processes with CNC machines and mass finishing.
Creative Director, Founder
Taking my experience from working with Omerica I decided to freelance as a design consultant, specifically focused on brand development and commercial photography. This was a great introduction to the business management side of things rather than just the creative side. My time spent working with clients in multiple countries over those years really helped me develop the necessary skills to grow a larger business from the ground up. Once Elevate got some traction I put all my efforts into that, a business where I get to be the client and designer. Primary services provided:• Commercial photography (Real estate photography, product photography, lifestyle/still life photography)• Brand identity creation• Web design• Product designhttps://www.flickr.com/photos/omnireveal/albums/
Lead Product Designer And Brand Manager
• Led a small but fast moving and creative team of front end designers and fabricators to develop new products for the Omerica Organic Jewelry line• Managed all creative marketing collateral for print and digital media• Developed manufacturing process for new items to maintain margins and production timeshttps://www.omericaorganic.com/
