Programme Development: As an expert in the Montreal Protocol, I have prepared Investment Projects, KIPs, HPMP, and Energy Efficiency Projects for LVC and non-LVC countries in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. I have contributed with technical support to the African countries in matters related to KIP and EE project preparation. Program Implementation: Thanks to my experience and expertise in this area, I have provided advice to A5 Countries in the implementation of projects and programs in matters related to including mitigation of F-gases in the NDCs, energy efficiency activities in RAC, customs procedures to prevent the illegal traffic of ODS and HFC, Refrigerant Management Programs for F-gases and its alternatives, EOL Banks Management, and pilot project for ODS destruction.Monitoring and Reporting: I have assisted the PM in the preparation of project-level reports submitted for review and approval by the Executive Committee meeting of the MLFAdvisory Services to Counterparts: I have provided technical and legal advice to A5 countries concerning MOP, OEWG, and ExCom meetings and procedures and trained in the A7 and CP Reports Procedures. I have arranged several study tours, workshops, technical seminars, and other relevant meetings with matters related to EOL Management, reclaiming activities, foams alternatives, energy efficiency, low-GWP alternatives, and other relevant topics

Program Development: In coordination with UNIDO,UNDP, UNEP, GIZ, and Environment Canada, I contributed to the Government of Mexico with the formulation and negotiation of three investment projects and conceptualized one pilot project for the destruction of ODS in collaboration with the Government of France. Program Implementation: As a leader responsible for the management of the portfolio of programs and projects related to the Kigali Amendment in the NOU of Mexico, my role involved coordinating and supervising the implementation of the 3 Kigali Amendment investment projects, one demonstration project for destruction of ODS and the implementation of the HPMP Stage II.Through my leadership, we were able to secure the funds needed to make sure the Montreal Protocol programs were successfully implemented in Mexico.Monitoring and Reporting: I prepared project-level reports for the HPMP, Investment Projects, Methyl Bromide, Foams sector, and Institutional strengthening projects.Advisory Services to Counterparts: Representative of Mexico in the MOP, ExCom, OEWG, Regional Network meetings, and North American groups with the USA and Canada. From 2010 to 2016, I assisted the Government of Mexico in the preparation and submission of the North American Kigali Amendment Proposal from 2010 to 2016. I designed the Kigali Amendment Road Map for Mexico.

Program Implementation As a Program Assistant, I provided support to various Project Managers in performing a wide range of administrative and technical functions. My primary responsibility was to assist the Project Managers, and national coordinators in completing the Montreal Protocol projects in Mexico in matters related to CFC Production, HPMP, Methyl Bromide, Carbon tetrachloride, Measure Doses Inhalers, and Halons. During my tenure, I ensured the smooth functioning of the program by handling various tasks such as documentation, communication, scheduling, and coordination.Formulation and writing of communications related to the work of national and international advisers in all programs and projects; production of a wide variety of large and complex documents and reports.Research, compilation and organization of information and reference materials from various sources for reports, work plans, studies, briefings, meetings / conferences, etc.
