CurrentSince 1979, Linc Facility Services, LLC [Linc] is a business to business provider of facilities management [FM] and operations and maintenance [O&M] services to a variety of industry segments and clients across the country and abroad. Linc provides most of these technical services with our own, in-house, fully trained and licensed HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance technicians. In addition as a value add to our clients, Linc provides vendor management and oversight to subcontracted services such as janitorial, landscape, pest, and waste management services. Linc provides our clients with a single point of contact; a single resposiibility and accountability, and a sinjgle electronic invioce for all client required facilities services.
