Relocation of all staff and reinstatement of existing facilities. Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts – Hotel Tower 3 Interior Fit out Hospitality: Full interior fit-out of 997 hotel guest suites across 53 stories.

Seconded full time within the Client’s regional head office, strategic management, tracking and reporting of the Capital Projects Programme throughout Asia Pacific. Monthly and ad-hoc reporting within CRES and to external BU stakeholders on both capital and P&L impacts of the current and forecast projects, including modelling of multiple portfolio scenarios.Management of internal project approval process, including development of business case (NPV / P&L models), ensuring due process and governance are followed and tracked. Development and roll-out of standardised project documentation and procedures, cost management systems.
