I am a finance professional with a track record of forming and leading successful banking teams. My experience includes managing commercially focussed teams through complex situations including business integrations, large scale remediation projects, product launches, market turmoil and of course a pandemic. My focus has always been on developing teams and individuals to support sustainable client growth. Building meaningful client relationships through peaks and troughs is a rewarding experience, as is creating new products and solutions to support the evolution of those relationships.My journey so far has allowed me to work with all types of clients from local and international Trust and Corporate groups to private clients and personal retail customers. I enjoy collaborating to develop business level strategies to meet the current and future goals of a company. With the strategy set I work on setting the team structures, commercial level goals and tactics to meet the strategic objectives. I will then work day to day with the clients, customers and colleagues to deliver the rights products and services with a view to building strong long term mutually beneficial commercial relationships. My teams work to clear goals and targets but always with the client in mind.Clear and honest communication is at the heart of my business ethos whether that be with shareholder, client, manager or employee.
