A professional Mechanical engineer who has held senior engineering and operational positions within several UK blue chip companies including the food, print and FMCG sectors. Began to specialise exclusively in evaporative cooling in 2002 and became the largest installer of evaporative coolers in the UK. Designed the EcoCooler to meet the safety, control and performance requirements of the European market in 2004. Acknowledged as developing new and novel applications for evaporative cooling together with creating the supporting design and performance tools for use by engineers and installers Also credited with developing evaporative cooler control systems to meet the most exacting standards of legionella control. Currently sits on the CIBSE steering committee for the design of data centre Cooling.Specialties: Environmentally sustainable cooling solutions using evaporative cooling, data centre design, engineering control solutions and software.
