I’m the Printing Manager for Amspak, a manufacturer of packaging and custom packaging materials. In this role I lead the company’s printing department, overseeing a team of 3 professionals and operating an 8-color flexographic press. As a team we produce many different type of boxes for the flexible packing industry. We also produce spools for the retail ribbon manufacturing sector.Before joining Amspak, I worked for three Printing Company’s: Plastic Magic, WC Printing and Woodburn Graphics. With both of these companies I was able to expand my knowledge and skills in the printing industry adding to my 40 years of experience. I’m truly love my work and am always eager to connect with other printers. I enjoy all aspects of my job, but my favorite is operating a press. The satisfaction of printing a high quality job brings great joy to me. I have an Associate Degree in Printing Technology from Vincennes University. Also, I have completed the “First Operator Certification” course given by the Flexographic Technical Association.I’m always interested in hearing from all who have the same passion for printing.
