The website serves all B2B users and is part of the ecosystem of industry leaders such as Personal, Flow and Telecom. Our purpose is to connect all our B2B users through a digital experience.The cluster is made up of squads that add value to the B2B digital website, my main responsibilities leading it are:• Develop and communicate the vision of the product developed by the squads.• Ensure that the outcomes of each quarter are aligned with the OKRs and KPIs of the product and within the planned budget.• Manage the product roadmap (Half-Year) maintaining contact with stakeholders.• Define the scopes of each squads.• Manage the dependencies between squads.• Ensure the strategic growth of the cluster.Responsible for leading the POs community of practice:• Lead the development of cell POs.• Accompany and encourage training on best practices in the role.• Accompany the fulfilment of development objectives.

Lead the VISA Corporate Purchasing product accompanying major Argentinean Banks to challenge the way in which corporate clients exploited their credit capabilities, benefiting cash flow cycles, interest rates and coupon discounts applied for each particular industry:• Pricing evaluation• Dashboarding (Microstrategy Dossier)• Benchmarking• Product roadmap definition• Definition KPIs (YoY, Hits, Volume, Monthly Recurring Revenue)• Stakeholder relationship management

My main functions to ensure the quality of the products and the experience of the clients, mostly banking institutions are: • Regulatory compliance management (BCRA, SOX, ISO).• Product team capacity management• Stakeholder relationship management. • Development and presentation of product roadmap • Definition of OKRs and KPIs of the area.Two squads in charge: 7 people in total.

• Prioritise the team's backlog according to OKRs.• Reporting and tracking of metrics.• Participation in multidisciplinary working groups (Devs, Marketing).• Squad capacity management • Build reports that allow the team to visualize their performance.The main product I managed was the unique National Cheque Clearing Platform, comprising the digital repository of cheques of the entire national financial system with Web Interfaces and APIs for consultation.
