Project volume ranging from $2 million to $150 million. Worked with top level clients in the tech, pharma, and health care industries. Lencioni Construction is a Crème-de-la-Crème custom home builder with projects focused on the San Francisco Bay Peninsula. Projects range in size from $4 million to $45 Million including remodels to ground up construction. Tasks included developing new strategies in marketing and project management operations. I developed new protocol for quality plan tracking, schedule analysis, and bid/change order analysis. I was responsible for project oversight from project inception, buyout/bid leveling thru construction operations. Worked with leading industry architects in the residential design world.

Led the day-to-day management, execution, project controls, cost, risk, and subcontracts of commercial construction projects from the design stage to close-out. As a manager I am actively involved in the coordination and oversight of design reviews, estimates, and construction including permitting, budgeting, scheduling, scope development, subcontractor management, cost management, commissioning, quality control, and project closeout. Serve as the key point of contact with the Owner/Client and Architect. Project volume ranging from $2 million to $150 million.
