I have been working as a Business Consultant, Trainer and Educator since 2017. By profession, I am a Teacher with experience in Secondary, Further and Higher Education. I also bring a wealth of experience from the sporting arena, where I have competed and coached at international level.My passion is rooted in developing people. Prior to moving into consulting, I worked in leadership positions in the UK and South-East Asia. With an M.Sc in Sociology and a particular strength in health & wellbeing, I continue to draw upon the latest academic research to support my coaching practice.
