He has also worked with clients on complete direction changes and changes in reporting, information and communication needsAlan has extensive experience with enterprise applications, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), financial reporting, general accounting and other industry specific and business specific solutions for organizations and companies of various sizes and revenue levels and has experience in ERP consulting, implementation and design since the early 2000s, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Sage 500, QuickBooks, MYOB and Bepix.Alan is able to speak the language between company leadership and other key decision makers in IT, accounting and other client divisions.Former CFO and controller for multiple companies involved in real estate, manufacturing, distribution and general accounting practices.Coordinated training efforts, created curriculum and oversaw rollout of training for a major ERP implementation involving multiple language and computer proficiency levels.Currently an adjunct professor for a local college teaching 'Intro to Information Systems' as a part of their MACC program.Board Member of 90 Minds group.Two years as a member of the board for a large waste management district.Served in various civic and government positions including four years as a city councilman and two years on the planning commission for a city in Utah during a period when the community grew from approximately 6,000 residents to more than 20,000 residents.Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time in the outdoors, especially in the mountains and national parks in Utah. He also enjoys travel, spending time with family and volunteering in the community.
