For over two decades, I have been a Lead Technical Recruiter and Sr. Compensation Analyst at eBay, one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms. During this time, I have successfully recruited and hired more than 1,000 software engineers, product managers, and development leaders who have contributed to eBay's innovation and growth. I am passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects eBay's vision and values. Prior to Macromedia, I worked at two Silicon Valley start-ups which went IPO, Acuson (now Siemens) and Frame Technology (now Adobe). As a certified LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights expert, I use the latest tools and strategies to source, attract, and engage with top talent in the industry. I also have extensive experience in compensation negotiation, salary range planning, compensation training, and immigration, which enables me to offer competitive and comprehensive packages to candidates and clients. In addition, I have a Master's degree in Education/Counseling from San Jose State University, which helps me to understand the needs and motivations of software professionals and to build long-term relationships with them.
