Programme Manager accountable for the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives including; - Digital deal management platform implemented to NAM, ASP, MENA, EUROPE- Business process streamlining and off-shoring- Process and operational improvements- Global TOM definition and implementationDelivered:- Digitisation of business-critical deal management processes driving consistency and transparency within teams, reducing error rates and time to revenue, implementing real-time dashboard reporting and improving customer satisfaction scores- API integration between core systems leading to a significant reduction in manual data input, removal of data error and a single, consistent view of key deal metrics across all global teams- Year-on-year reductions in the cost of operations through process improvement delivery and off-shoring- Streamlined processes for deal and transactional workflows for key products across NAM, ASP, EUR, MENAT, LAM- Single, digital platform for tracking and reporting deal status and value- Automated and implemented the capture and reporting processes for obtaining client satisfaction metrics across all global teams- Automation of a monthly reporting dashboard focussed on key deal metrics fully aligned across all key markets reducing time to complete from 3 days to 30 minutes
